Jeanine Lum

Chief Executive Officer

Jeanine Lum’s career journey is a testament to her dedication and leadership across diverse fields. She began her professional path at the police academy, joining the Upland Police Department before transitioning to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Over 20 years, Jeanine served in various roles, including Patrol, Custody, Training Officer, and Special Victims Unit (SVU) Detective. She retired as a Sergeant, leaving behind a distinguished legacy in law enforcement.

After retiring, Jeanine explored new challenges as a flight attendant with SkyWest Airlines, where she was also part of the crisis team. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Jeanine founded CRC Construction, Inc. in 2023, where she continues to lead with vision and passion.

A strong advocate for community involvement, Jeanine has donated time and resources to local nonprofits, schools, and youth programs in partnership with local police departments.

Outside of her professional life, Jeanine enjoys collecting passport stamps, savoring fine wine at wineries, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren in the desert.

Jeff Dedmon

Operations Field Manager

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff Dedmon’s career began as a union framer before advancing to a general superintendent for both multi-family and single-family home projects. In 2008, Jeff transitioned to the commercial tenant improvement sector, where he has continued to build his expertise and reputation.

As President, Jeff is committed to delivering quality and value to every client. He oversees field operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety at every job site. His leadership and experience drive the success of each project and the overall growth of the company. He looks forward to many more years of collaboration with his talented team and valued clients.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys riding motorcycles, surfing, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.

Zach Dedmon

Project Manager

Zach Dedmon is a dedicated Project Manager and commercial general contractor based in Southern California, specializing in tenant improvements and full-scope renovations. With extensive hands-on experience, he brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project—balancing cost control, quality craftsmanship, and tight schedules.

He leads project delivery at CRC Construction with a strong focus on communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction. From concept to closeout, Zach remains actively involved at every stage to ensure each job is completed to the highest standard.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding dirt bikes in the desert.

Stacey Pennock

Senior Project Engineer

With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction management, Stacey is a driven and highly skilled Senior Project Engineer. Her career began as a project accountant at a commercial concrete tilt-up company, before transitioning into construction management. Since then, she has built a strong reputation in project engineering.

Stacey has extensive expertise across various sectors of construction, having successfully managed the development of parking structures throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, as well as overseeing tenant improvement projects. Her deep knowledge of construction management allows her to effectively support project managers and field teams, ensuring each project meets CRC’s high standards for quality and efficiency.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys weekend getaways, hosting family and friends, and is a passionate advocate for animal rescue.

Mathew Osborne

General Superintendent

Mathew Osborne has worked in the construction industry since 2018, starting as an assistant superintendent before progressing into project management and ultimately into his current role as General Superintendent. He has extensive experience in commercial and tenant improvement (TI) projects, bringing a comprehensive understanding of field operations and full-cycle project execution.

Before beginning his construction career, Mathew served in the U.S. Army, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach on the jobsite. Known for his clear communication, hands-on leadership style, and dedication to quality, Mathew ensures that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Mathew is a lifelong fisherman, an avid rock climber, and a dedicated gym enthusiast. He also enjoys baking, finding it a rewarding way to unwind and bring balance to his active lifestyle.

Manny Guitron

Superintendent

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 16 years as a journeyman framer, Manny Guitron is a seasoned Field Superintendent known for his expertise in overseeing high-profile commercial projects. His extensive experience includes work on Class A commercial buildings, federal and state facilities, and projects for major organizations such as FedEx, UPS, and top-tier banks including Bank of America, Chase, and First Republic.

Manny has also led numerous high-security and government projects, including those for the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Postal Service, California Highway Patrol (CHP), DMV, and Department of Justice (DOJ).

Site supervision and quality control
Safety enforcement and tracking daily logs
Materials management and subcontractor scheduling
Conducting safety meetings and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Blueprint reading and managing Requests for Information (RFIs)

Ricky Saldana

Assistant Superintendent

Ricky Jauregui is a dedicated construction professional who has successfully managed a wide range of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail centers, shopping malls, and industrial warehouse facilities. As a Superintendent, he oversees daily job site operations, ensures projects stay on schedule, and upholds the highest standards of quality and safety throughout every phase of construction.

Known for his attention to detail and strong communication skills, Ricky fosters a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. He is skilled in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and field coordination, consistently driving efficient and successful project delivery.

Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Ashley McFann

Business Operations Manager

Ashley McFann brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Business Operations Manager at CRC. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry and a strong foundation in customer service, Ashley oversees the day-to-day operations within the company. Her responsibilities include managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), as well as providing support in project management for various construction jobs.

Ashley is QuickBooks Online Certified and Procore Admin Certified, ensuring efficient financial operations and seamless project coordination. Her multi-faceted role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth internal operations and supporting the company’s overall success.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, watching sports, and coaching her daughter, where she brings her leadership and organizational skills to the field.
